While we all vary in level of physical fitness and mental toughness to overcome varied difficulties thrown at us, we can all improve and progress in these areas to become better, stronger humans and riders.  Being better prepared in these two areas allow one to excel before, during and after the ride.  With three decades of military training and expertise in these areas, I can provide an individually tailored regimen to improve your overall physical fitness level and ensure a proper state of mind to overcome obstacles both off and on the trail.
